Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We don't store your card on file. All payments are processed in-studio through Square at the time of your appointment. To keep our schedule running smoothly for every client, the following policy applies:
24 Hour Cancellation Window
Cancellations and reschedules made at least 24 hours before your appointment are free of charge. You can cancel yourself from the link in your booking confirmation.
Cancellations made inside the 24 hour window incur a $50 late-cancellation fee, which is added to your next visit's Square invoice.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and a $50 no-show fee applies.
No-shows are billed the $50 fee on the next booking, and repeat no-shows may be asked to pre-pay future appointments.
How fees are collected
Outstanding fees are added to your next visit's invoice and paid in-studio via Square. We never charge a card without you being present. If you'd prefer to clear an outstanding fee before your next visit, contact us and we'll send a Square payment link.
