[ Privacy & Security ]

Your trust, in plain language.

This page is maintained by SkinRx Beauty Script to answer common questions about how we handle the information you share with us. It is editable site content, not an independent certification.

What we collect

When you book an appointment or send us a message, you may share:

  • Your name, email, and phone number
  • The service you'd like and the date/time you select
  • Any notes you choose to add to your booking or inquiry

If you create an account, we also store the email and basic profile details tied to that account so you can view and manage your own bookings.

How we use it

  • To confirm, prepare for, and follow up on your appointment
  • To send appointment reminders and respond to questions you send us
  • To keep accurate records of services performed

We do not sell your information.

How it's stored & protected

Bookings, profiles, and inquiries are stored in a managed cloud database with row-level access controls. Signed-in clients can only read their own bookings and profile; staff and admin access is restricted to authorized accounts.

All traffic between your browser and this site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are handled by our authentication provider — we never see or store your raw password.

Text messages & email

If you provide a phone number, we may text you about your appointment (reminders, changes, follow-ups). You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by emailing us at the address below.

Cookies & analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Your choices

  • Request a copy of the information we have on file for you
  • Ask us to correct or delete your information
  • Cancel an upcoming appointment (see our cancellation policy)
  • Opt out of marketing emails or text reminders

To make any of these requests, email skinrxbeautyscript@gmail.com or call 602-501-3966.

Reporting a security concern

If you believe you've found a security issue with this website, please email skinrxbeautyscript@gmail.com with the details and steps to reproduce. We'll review and respond as quickly as we can.
